Order & collection

You can collect your books and courses as soon as you have placed your order online, the amount has been deducted from your account, and you have received a confirmation email. After that, your order will be ready in our shop.

Our book sale takes place in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Hoveniersberg, on level -2.

Our website is available 24/7. For the opening hours of our physical store, you can check Ufora. Click on "book sales" in your courses to view the notifications about our opening days and hours.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Please check the times for the collection moments on Ufora.

If you are unable to be present at your collection moment, you can ask a fellow student to pick up the books for you. Additionally, you can come by during a general collection moment. These general moments start from the third week.

Book selection & stock

This means the books are currently sold out. However, you can submit a request using this form:https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=kSQ6fZiR6UC_PrXPnaX_P_Azphgma49Ap5elqpZJ-ENUNU00UU9QSEQ1OTRFUDFVVEswTkNXRzRRSi4u. Based on these requests, we will decide whether to place any follow-up orders. Please note: we do not respond to emails about this topic.

Ufora indicates which books we've reordered. Unfortunately, we don't have insight into when specific books will arrive in our store.

This means that the book has already been purchased by someone else but has not yet been collected. As long as a book is not available on the website, unfortunately, you cannot buy it.

From now on, all sales will take place through our website, unless otherwise stated on our Ufora page.
